EPIGENETICS

 

 

 Epigenetics has been around for many years, but it was not understood very well.  It now answers many questions about genetics and how genes actually work.  It changed the study of genetics and gave it a new direction.

 There was a lecture that linked epigenetics to Exodus in the Bible.  Now please do not bail out, hang in there and when the details are provided, you will be most likely fascinated!  When the speaker stated this correlation it was time to find out more about “epigenetics” and to see if what they were saying was TRUE!  This is an amazing statement and it appears to be very TRUE!

 God’s Ten Commandments or Laws were given thousands of years ago.  This was long before there was any type of science.  Commandment #2 states: Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them:  for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.

 The part of this commandment that relates to epigenetics is in bold lettering.  What is being stated here is that certain things that the father (and mother) do or believe and the environment provided will affect his children for three and four generations.  Thousands of years later science has discovered that genetic changes in the parents will affect the children for three or four generations!  That is fascinating proof of the Word of God and how it is real and true.

 Epigenetics proves that there is microevolution!  Macroevolution which is the hypothesis that we evolved over millions of years has been seriously disproved many times over, but most people never heard about that evidence because those in power do not want you to know the TRUTH.  It is one of the reasons why this site is called Time4Truth.  The lack of evidence regarding the evolution of the species is addressed in this six-part video series, it can be found here.

 Here is an example of microevolution:  It has to do with the “turning on” and “turning off” genes.  There is a lizard that lives in the dark for its entire life, so it does not need to see so the sight gene gets “turned off”.  It still has the gene for sight but has no need to develop eyes to see because it lives in total darkness.  If you take this lizard and put it in a lighted environment for three or four generations the sight gene will “turn on” and sight will be restored!

 Epigenetics proves that we cause changes in our genetic makeup by our diet, environment, what we think, what we believe, lifestyle, and drugs.
